What it’s about:
When Griffin’s first love and ex-boyfriend, Theo, dies in a drowning accident, his universe implodes. Even though Theo had moved to California for college and started seeing Jackson, Griffin never doubted Theo would come back to him when the time was right. But now, the future he’s been imagining for himself has gone far off course.
To make things worse, the only person who truly understands his heartache is Jackson. But no matter how much they open up to each other, Griffin’s downward spiral continues. He’s losing himself in his obsessive compulsions and destructive choices, and the secrets he’s been keeping are tearing him apart.
If Griffin is ever to rebuild his future, he must first confront his history, every last heartbreaking piece in the puzzle of his life.
Why I am waiting for this release:
If this book is even only half as beautifully written as More Happy Than Not, it will still be a masterpiece. Also, I’m expecting heartbreak in the most devastatingly beautiful way.
This book is wonderful, so I hope you love it! Amazing pick ^_^

So I guess you fell in love with More Happy Than Not and cried your eyes out while reading it? It’s next on my TBR and I am a slightly bit nervous about it haha. I’m also waiting on that book though, I LOVE the sound of that synopsis, I feel like I could love it! 😀
Yes, that’s pretty much an accurate description of my feelings on More Happy Than Not! 😉 I absolutely loved it, but I was also sobbing through a big part of it. It’s definitely one of those books that sticks with you for a long time after reading it. I can see why you’d be nervous about it but I do hope you’ll enjoy it! I’m also nervous about History Is All You Left Me, because I’m sure it will be beautiful but also heartbreaking 🙂
