Quote It Wednesday

The Fault in Our Stars by John Green {Quote It Wednesday}

QIW 8 blog

Hi everybody and welcome to a new Quote It Wednesday!

Today’s quote is one of my all-time favorite quotes. Not only does it have such beautiful imagery, but I also really relate to it as I often feel like I have so many thoughts, but I’m not able to get them together to form a coherent idea or to convey to someone else, or even myself, exactly what I am thinking. This is apparently a normal trait for an INFJ (aka me), but perhaps many people also feel the same.

WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THIS QUOTE?
Do you also sometimes have trouble putting your thoughts together?

  1. This has always been one of my favorite quotes. And I remember The Fault in Our Stars being the first book I ever cried with. :'(

    1. Mine too! And I don’t remember if it was the first book, but I do remember crying my heart out while reading too.

  2. Oh this is such a great choice, love this quote – can relate to it! – and the book so, very much <3 <3

  3. I love this quote and remember thinking that it was so relatable when I read the book. Great choice!

  4. I do really love this quote, and it’s definitely one I can relate to at times. I feel like my mind is always going going going.

    1. My mind is also always going, so glad you can relate too!

  5. I’ve always been one of those people that can take a jumble of facts and turn it into a theory. I’m just weird like that.

    I’ve never read The Fault in Our Stars though. It came out around the time Divergent came out and I just didn’t want to face sadness like I did in Allegiant again.

    1. That’s a cool thing to be able to do though! And totally understand about not wanting the sadness…

  6. Not a huge fan of TFIOS, but this is definitely one of my favorite quotes from the book as well. ♥

    1. It’s definitely a great quote, regardless of whether you liked the book as a whole or not 🙂

  7. This is such a cool quote, and I totally relate, at least sometimes. That book made me cry.

    1. Me too, I cried so much while reading this.
