Hi everybody, and welcome to a new Top Ten Tuesday! Today is a TTT rewind, which means we can do a previous topic that we missed or pick a topic we did do and would like to re-do or update. I scrolled through past topics and my previous posts for a bit and decided I really wanted to re-do this post. Because I struggle a bit with getting full reviews out on a regular basis, so this is still a fun way to combine some thoughts in a SUPER-CONCISE way ๐
I still need to get a copy of Hell Bent but expensive AND not matchy of my small paperback ;_:
I get it, I always find it so annoying when books in series don’t match!
This is an amazing idea!!! And I read five of these.
Thanks Sophie! Glad to hear we have so many reads in common ๐
I’m going to HAVE to read A Witch’s Guide to Fake Dating a Demon. It sounds like a really good read!
I hope you’ll love A Witch’s Guide too, Stephanie!
Ahh, I struggle with reviews, too! I haven’t read any of these, but Do I Know You? is on my TBR.
Reviews can be hard indeed – both hard to write and hard to post regularly, haha ๐ Hope you’ll love Do I Know You?!
I love your reviews! Legends & Lattes isn’t my normal type of book, but I really want to read it.
Thanks! Legends & Lattes was definitely a nice surprise to me, hope you’ll end up loving it too!
Iโm glad you liked Legends & Lattes so much! Itโs still on my TBR.
My post: https://lydiaschoch.com/top-ten-tuesday-bookish-things-ive-quit-doing/
I hope you’ll love Legends & Lattes too!
I think one sentence reviews are my new favorite thing after reading this post. I love one word reviews, but this gives me just a little more. I might have to borrow this at some point. ๐
Haha yes, I definitely prefer the one sentence reviews over the one word reviews, they’re a little bit easier too ๐ Looking forward to your one-sentence reviews!
Ah, sorry you didn’t enjoy the second book in Cross’ series. I love that series so much ๐ Legends & Lattes is also one of my faves! I’m excited to see you enjoyed Witch’s Guide to Fake Dating A Demonโit’s one I’m also highly anticipating. Great choice of topic!
I still enjoyed Don’t Hex and Drive, but it just took me a while to really get into it. Still super excited to keep reading this series though – Violet is next ๐ I hope you’ll love A Witch’s Guide to Fake Dating a Demon!
I just picked up The Maid at the library so will be reading it soon – and I’ll be using this topic in a future freebie – much easier than a 1 word review! I’m on the library wait list for Hell Bent and your enthusiastic review makes me even more eager!
Oh, hope you’ll love both The Maid and Hell Bent! And looking forward to your one-sentence reviews – they’re quite fun to do ๐
One sentence reviews are hard. Good job with these!
Here is our Top Ten Tuesday.
They really are quite hard indeed – I had to edit myself because after finishing I noticed I just wrote a variation of ‘this was a fun read’ in almost every sentence, haha ๐
I just passed up Hell Bent at my library and I might have to run back and grab it. I’m so glad you loved it.
My TTT where I talk about popular books I haven’t read yet.
I ADORED Hell Bent, hope you’ll love it too!
I’ve read The Maid and loved it!
I’m a big fan of one sentence reviews and actually try to remember to use it in my reviews. Which I never do….
Elza Reads
Glad to hear you loved The Maid, it was indeed such a good read! I like the idea of adding one sentence reviews to a bigger review, like a summary ๐
I love this topic!! I have not read The Ninth House because I saw a lot of mixed reviews. Although, I’m so interested now because I’ve seen so many great reviews for Hell Bent!!
Thanks! I hope you’ll end up loving Ninth House (and Hell Bent) if you decide to give them a try!
This is a great topic! I imagine a little hard too! Have a great week!
It indeed wasn’t too easy, but still really fun to do ๐ Thanks, hope you’ll have a great week too!
[…] saw Lindsey at @lindseyreads redo her “one sentence review” and relaized that I had done a “one word […]
Great idea! And I loved a Witch’s Guide to Fake Dating a Demon too. Such a great story!
Thanks! So glad to hear you also loved A Witchโs Guide to Fake Dating a Demon, it really was such a fun read!
I’m currently reading Do I Know You?, and am enjoying it so far. I love these one sentence reviews!
Glad to hear you’re enjoying Do I Know You! One sentence reviews are quite fun, I definitely want to try this again ๐
I’ve not read any of these, though Hell Bent is on my TBR. I really need to read a recap of Ninth House first though because I remember NOTHING, it’s been that long since I read it.

I totally relate to remembering NOTHING about Ninth House (except that I loved it). I did a re-read before reading Hell Bent but a good recap could also be helpful! Hope you’ll love Hell Bent!
Yeah I generally enjoyed it, but have only vague recollections of the plot! I just don’t have time to re-read these days so a recap is easier for me. Thanks, I hope I do too!
I haven’t read any of these. I still need to get to Ninth House! oops.

I hope you’ll love Ninth House if you decide to try it!
I love one sentence reviews! Do I Know You looks fun, and I’ve heard so many good things about the Maid too!
One sentence reviews are quite fun to write too haha ๐
Love this idea for a post and I completely agree with your review for A Witch’s Guide to Fake Dating a Demon. That book just surprised me in the best possible way. ๐
Thanks! Yes, A Witchโs Guide to Fake Dating a Demon was just such a fun read from start to finish ๐
I’m looking forward to reading A Witch’s Guide to Fake Dating a Demon.

It’s a really great read, I hope you’ll love it!
