Hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl
Hi everybody and welcome to a new Top Ten Tuesday! Today we’re talking about books on our winter TBR and I don’t know about you, but in winter I always get in the mood for catching up on backlist books or re-reading beloved favorites. Though of course, there still are new releases. But overall, it feels like a slower, more cozy reading time. With that said, today’s list focuses both on new releases AND backlist and re-reads I’m hoping to get to this winter.
New Releases
Betting On You by Lynn Painter (release date: 28 November 2023)
The Fake Mate by Lana Ferguson (release date: 5 December 2023)
Heartstopper Vol 5 by Alice Oseman (release date: 19 December 2023)
The Fake Dating Game by Timothy Janovsky (release date: 23 January 2024)
House of Flame and Shadow by Sarah J. Maas (release date: 30 January 2024)
Bride by Ali Hazelwood (release date: 6 February 2024)
I have most of the new releases you listed on my TBR too, though i already read Bride and loved it! Heartstopper can’t come soon enough – I adore that series! I hope you enjoy all of your winter reads. 🙂
I’m so glad to hear you loved Bride! I have high hopes for that one 🙂
Lovelight Farms has THE sweetest covers art. I see that one making the list rounds now and again and each time I admire the look of that one. Lynn’s always sound darling, and I bought one not long ago so hopefully I enjoy. 🙂
So true about the covers for Lovelight Farms, I love them all. Hope you’ll love the Lynn Painter book!
What is this I spy? Hazelwood writing a fantasy? Oh my.
Great looking list!
Haha yes, I’m definitely very intrigued by that book 🙂
Have fun reading these! Maas made my list as well and I actually thought Bride was releasing in Spring. I’m curious for that one too to be honest.

Thanks! I’m super curious about Bride too, hope we’ll both love it.
Divine Rivals is on my list this week too! I need to finally pick it up! And I love a good re-read. I usually pick up Pride and Prejudice and Emma around this time of the year for their yearly reread.

I have such high expectations for Divine Rivals, hope we’ll both love it! And rereading can indeed be so fun.
I have the Painter, O’Leary, and Oseman books on my TBR.

Hope we’ll both love those books!
You make me want to reread Red Winter!
Haha I hope you’ll love it again if you do, Sophie 🙂
The new Heartstopper will be the next thing I read. I’ve been binge reading Murderbot the last few days, but I have my eyes on 2024 books already. The Wake-Up Call is set super local to me!
Hope you’ll love Heartstopper! So cool that The Wake-Up Call has a local setting, must be fun when you can recognize places 🙂
I love to reread but I haven’t been doing any of it lately, so I think I’m going to make it a goal for 2024! Hope you enjoy all of these!
Rereading more is a great yearly goal indeed 🙂
I think The Fake Mate, Bride and Divine Rivals are gonna be really popular titles on today’s TTT lists. I hope you enjoy all of these 😍
So true and I hope they’ll live up to our high expectations 😀
I hope you love Painter, Ferguson, and Hazelwood’s books.
Thanks, I definitely have high hopes for all of them 🙂
Great TBR!
Thank you!

It was indeed such an adorable read!
Good luck with your reading list! I need to read Heartstopper. I love the show.
Thanks! The Heartstopper show is great indeed, though I still need to catch up with season 2 🙂
I’ve heard so many good things about Heartsopper! I really liked her Radio Silence :):)
Radio Silence was an amazing read indeed! 🙂
I hope you enjoy all of these when/if you get a chance to get to them. I think rereading sounds like a fabulous idea, I have been on a blah streak. Maybe it would be a reset!
Thanks! I hope re-reading may help with your blah streak!
Bride is one of my most anticipated releases of 2024, I can’t wait to read it. I love Lovelight Farms and I’m hoping to re-read it soon as well.
I hope you enjoy all of these!
