Hi everybody and welcome to a new Top Ten Tuesday!
Today’s original topic was ‘Weird or Funny Things I’ve Googled Thanks to a Book’ but I’m doing a bit of a twist on that one since I don’t really google a lot based on books (there was that one werewolf romance where I was a bit confused about the concept of knotting at first, but decided not to google it and was glad I didn’t because I got the meaning of it eventually and that might have been a weird search…)
Anyway, what I do tend to do based on books is browse Instagram and Pinterest for fan art of books. For some books there is a lot available and for some, unfortunately, there is not. So today I wanted to highlight some of the books that have a good selection of fan art out there, and some I’d love to see more of.
Here we go!
Fun twist on the topic! I think this topic is lots of fun but I don’t think I have ever googled anything because of a book. It’s fun to discover some art inspired by books! 🙂
I couldn’t think about things I googled because of a book either! Fan art is the closest I got 🙂
I have never look for fan art.. I have some googling to do.
Haha it’s a rabbit hole for sure 🙂
I’d love fanart for Karen Marie Moning’s Fever series. I’d throw money at them!
Oh, I still need to read that series, it’s on my TBR and I’ve heard nothing but good things about it!
I had no idea there was fan art for books! How cool.
Here is my Top Ten Tuesday.
Fandoms can be super creative for sure 🙂
I hope you get more fan art for those last five books soon.
Here is our Top Ten Tuesday.
Thanks, me too 🙂
Knotting might indeed have been weird to search 😂😂😂
Haha I’m glad I didn’t google that one for sure 😀
I don’t search out fan art, but I do think it is fun when I see it. I am just now reading the ACOTAR books, but Maas has a ton of fan art out there that I’ve just randomly come across before I even read the books.
Oh I hope you’ll love the ACOTAR series!
I’ve never really searched for fan art, but I come across it on social media from time to time. It’s so fun! I think fantasy books really lend themselves well to it.
SO true that fantasy books really lend themselves to fan art!
What a fun topic! Anne Bishop’s books always look good to me!
I still need to finish the series, but I do love them and wish there was more fan art out there 🙂
This is such a fun topic! I look up fan art a lot. SJMs books and Danielle L. Jensen’s are probably the ones I search for most. 🙂
Luckily the SJM fandom at least is full of amazing fan art!
I like your twist on Tuesday’s topic. I spent quite a bit of time looking at fan art too.
Fan art is the best 🙂
Some of those fan art are so incredible! I haven’t seen a lot, but there’s a lot of amazing talent out there!
